Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage purchase orders; maintain purchase order database and inventory system
Ensure compliance with regulations and internal guidelines
Utilize software programs effectively and assist in training team members as needed
Communicate and coordinate with various satellite agencies
Support the Purchasing Manager with additional tasks as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in purchasing or a related administrative role
Associate's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
