(Physician/MD qualifications required) Psychiatry (General) - Psychiatrist Nevada MO

Hospital-employed Psychiatrist providing a combination of inpatient and outpatient services.

Four Year Agreement with option for renewal
90 days no-fault out clause, standard for-cause language

Base salary $230,000 based on MGMA median.
Eligible for productivity bonus based on work RVUs.

Standard employment benefits package available, including employer-funded pension plan (current rate 6.25%). Total benefits valued at 28% of salary.

Accrual rate of 7.69 hrs|pay period earning five (5) weeks of PTO per year.
Advance one (1) week to physicians PTO bank at employment.
(includes all time off holiday, CME, etc.)

National Health Service Corp Loan Repayment Program available as medically underserved Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA).
Up to $60,000 for two years of full-time service. 21 hour of the minimum of 40 hours per week must be outpatient.

$25,000 payable 50% at signing of contract and 50% upon arrival

Up to $10,000

Allowance up to $2,000 per year

1:3 Night call phone only. Weekend call includes inpatient rounds.

Maintain inpatient services and grow outpatient services in SOP, Rural Health Clinics, and Long Term Care.
