Join our esteemed team dedicated to managing over 1,000 luxury residential units across Manhattan.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of multiple high-end properties.
• Address and resolve all resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure maintenance and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with outside vendors and contractors to maintain and improve property conditions.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial health and sustainability of properties.
• Prepare and provide detailed financial reports.
• Stay current with all New York City housing, labor, and building codes to ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of property management experience, preferably with luxury residential units.
• Proficiency in property management software, such as Yardi and/or MRI.
• Bachelor’s degree- Preferred
• Technical knowledge of building operations and maintenance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
