Job Description

Insight Global is looking for Project/Construction Managers to help with a Higher Education client. This position will be an ongoing contract. The Project Manager will be responsible for scoping, prepping documents, bidding and construction for large capital projects. They will be the point person for any subcontracting work that is awarded and make sure that construction is on schedule and in budget. This is a lean and agile team, so this person will need to be onsite and flexible to prioritize day to day assignments. These projects could include roof replacements, HVAC replacements, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, specifications, and budgets to prepare projects for bidding.
• Oversee the execution of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure project alignment and compliance.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure all work meets the required standards.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
