Job Description

Reporting to the IT PMO Director, this dually focused role has been created and aimed at advancing the client's IT Program Management Office disciplines by: a) Performing the duties of a trusted Senior Project Manager b) Workday HCM Implementation Support Hybrid : 3 days onsite at client office in Bridgewater, NJ The candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as a deep understanding of project management methodologies, software, and tools. They should be able to work effectively with stakeholders, project leads, and other team members. Additionally, they should be able to work independently, manage projects simultaneously when required, and prioritize competing demands while ensuring high-quality deliverables Bachelor's degree required. PMP Certification is a plus. Preferred - NOT Required. Pharmaceutical / Biotech industry experience is a plus Minimum of 8 years' experience in Project Management / managing detailed project plans and leading teams in the development and maintenance of planning activities. In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Project Working knowledge of JIRA, ServiceNow, and other project / operational support platforms + add-ons Exposure to Workday HCM global implementation is nice to have....NOT required Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Effective verbal and written communication skills Experience in managing projects in a team environment, partnering with team leads to provide good meeting management, pro-active and a self-starter.
