Job Description

The Project Manager - Large-Scale Light Industrial- Greenville will be responsible for:
  • Analyze plans, specifications, and client requirements to ensure project alignment.
  • Submit RFIs to address field issues and resolve plan discrepancies.
  • Manage the processing, review, and tracking of submittals.
  • Evaluate design and shop drawings for potential impacts on cost and schedule.
  • Draft detailed scope of work letters for subcontractors.
  • Initiate change orders for the Owner and solicit bids from subcontractors.
  • Develop estimates and prepare detailed cost breakdowns for client review.
  • Maintain and update procurement, submittal, and RFI logs.
  • Assist with schedule development and monitor daily production progress.
  • Facilitate communication between design and construction teams.
  • Lead and mentor project management staff, fostering growth and collaboration.

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Large-Scale Light Industrial- Greenville should have:
  • 3+ Years as a Project Manager with a General Contractor
  • Experience managing commercial projects - $1M - $20M+ ideally
  • Applicable construction software knowledge
  • Experience with Light Industrial projects ideally
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

What's on Offer

  • Base salary contingent on experience, ranging roughly $90,000-$140,000
  • Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance
