TITLE:PROJECT ENGINEER
ABOUT THE JOB:We are seeking experienced candidates for a role as a Project Engineer for a construction company. You will ensure efficient project execution, optimizing product designs, workflows and product performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver sustainable solutions that meet customer needs. Additional duties include estimating/pricing, creating RFI’s, coordinating subcontractors and designers, creating submittals, budgets, reporting, closeout documentation/materials, property management and more.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Project Engineer-degree in Construction Management.
• Prefer Construction Management Certificate
• A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in project/construction engineering and
estimating.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ideally experience with Bluebeam.
• Prefer vertical/horizontal/solar equipment experience.
• Familiarity with construction industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
