The Program Technician (PT) will perform a variety of routine and less complex duties in accordance with established procedures associated with firearm ownership report processing. The PT enters, modifies, updates, and verifies data from various firearms reports; opens and distributes mail; identifies errors, inconsistencies, and omissions on applications/reports and takes independent action to resolve; scans report forms for completeness; completes draft form letters; process check deposits; and assists in unit mail outs.
