Production Manager

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong ability to manage teams and maintain structure on the production floor.
• Experience in packaging, steel, or similar industries is a plus, but not required.

Our client is a leading manufacturer of custom packaging solutions for industries; specializing in high-quality, sustainable, and innovative packaging solutions.

We are seeking a decisive and experienced Production Manager to oversee plant operations at its 120,000 sq. ft. facility. This role will manage a team of 60+ production staff and a 2nd shift production manager, ensuring efficient operations in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a dynamic and fast-moving environment and can drive productivity while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Lead and support production teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Manage schedules, workflows, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with company leadership, reporting directly to the President.
• Address operational challenges, ensuring smooth production in a high-change setting.
• Implement strict quality control measures, maintaining the company's high standards.

Schedule:

• Monday – Thursday: 6 AM – 4:30 PM
• Frequent Overtime: Fridays and occasional Saturdays (voluntary)
