We are looking for an individual lead the delivery and ongoing development of a new platform to drive online sales growth and customer acquisition. In this hybrid role you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement features, optimize the user experience, and ensure seamless platform integrations. Key Responsibilities Own and refine the eCommerce product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements to align with business goals. Manage cross-functional collaboration with IT, Marketing, Dealers, and third-party partners to enhance product content, performance, and integrations. Act as the Adobe Commerce (Magento) subject matter expert, identifying opportunities to streamline business processes and implement best practices. Develop user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria for agile development teams, ensuring business needs are clearly translated into technical solutions. Oversee third-party integrations, including ERP systems, product content tools (PIM), and analytics dashboards to monitor KPIs for online performance. Partner with UX/UI leads to refine site design and improve the customer experience. Support change management and adoption of eCommerce strategies across key business units. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, IT, or related field. 5+ years of experience managing eCommerce platforms (B2B/B2C), including Adobe Commerce (Magento). Experience with ERP integrations, PIM systems (e.g., Informatica P360), and agile product development processes. Strong skills in project management, writing user stories, and coordinating across technical and business teams. Familiarity with UX design principles, HTML/CSS, and analytics tools for performance reporting. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Staffing Matches
