Job Description :
As a Product Manager/Owner, you will lead the development and implementation of new digital user experiences and data integrations to enhance digital advice platforms. You will collaborate with Agile Scrum teams, UX designers, and cross-functional partners to deliver a seamless user experience. Success in this role requires a deep understanding of the product lifecycle, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a matrixed and dynamic environment.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a deep understanding of user needs and design processes to enhance user experiences.
• Analyze and strategize improvements for internal tools and the wealth management representative desktop.
• Lead product discovery activities and collaborate with UX partners to design experiences.
• Partner with technology leads, architects, and other product owners to drive initiatives.
• Build and maintain a product roadmap to articulate priorities and goals.
• Create and manage release plans in coordination with Scrum teams and business units.
• Write user stories, refine backlogs, and collaborate with designers on development efforts.
• Define test plans, acceptance criteria, and oversee end-to-end testing processes.
• Provide proactive and timely production support for users.
• Align product strategies with organizational goals and contribute to overall team success.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies :

• Strong digital product management experience, including design thinking and client journey mapping.
• Experience leading Agile development practices and working with multiple Scrum teams.
• Proven ability to collaborate with UX designers and deliver digital experiences.
• Self-starter with excellent organizational and creative problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage ambiguity.
• High level of comfort with technology and familiarity with investment management is a plus.
• 3-5 years of product management or product development experience within financial services preferred.
• Knowledge of client products, services, and support systems is an advantage.
• Bachelor's or postgraduate degrees are a plus.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
