I am partnering with a global consultancy looking for a Procurement Manager to support large-scale data center and capital construction projects.

In this role, you’ll work directly under the Senior Procurement Manager to drive procurement planning, supplier onboarding, RFP coordination, contract administration, and overall supply chain execution.

This is an opportunity to join a growing team, work with major clients, and contribute to high-impact projects across the data center sector.

What You’ll Do

• Support end-to-end procurement activities across major projects
• Assist with supplier sourcing, evaluation, onboarding, and performance tracking
• Coordinate RFP development, distribution, submissions, and proposal evaluations
• Help manage procurement schedules, budgets, risks, and reporting
• Support contract negotiations, change management, claims tracking, and lifecycle administration
• Prepare procurement reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal and client stakeholders
• Work closely with project managers, cost teams, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes and supplier relationships

What We’re Looking For

• 3–7 years of procurement or supply chain experience (construction or data centers preferred)
• Familiarity with RFPs, supplier selection, and contract administration
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and procurement-related software
• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Construction, or related field (preferred)
