Growing together.   Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities: Outpatient Primary Care: 18 – 22 patients per day, on average with 15, 20, and 30-min visits  Ability to focus on an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine population  Collegial, close-knit, and engaged primary care clinic focusing on Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Family Medicine with Obstetrics Work life balance with flexible shifts- Full time is a 4-day work week. Ancillary Primary Care team includes: Social Work, Behavioral Health, Physical Therapy, and Pharmacy.  There are 14 specialties on site plus full lab and imaging services Call is light and shared | Triage RN call    The Polyclinic joined Optum in 2019, working together across the Puget Sound, the partnership means we’re able to expand our services and locations to offer even more services. Together, we're making health care work better for everyone.   You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications: Open to both BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians  Unrestricted WA license or the ability to obtain prior to start Current DEA or the ability to obtain prior to start   Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of outpatient clinical experience    The salary range for this role is $226,000 to 366,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
