Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:
Outpatient Primary Care: 16-20 patients day, on average with 15/30-min or 20/40 min visits.
Ability to focus on Adult Medicine population
Collegial group of Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians
Work life balance with 36 patient contact hours and no weekends
Medical Assistant and AI Scribe support
Great location in the Ballard neighborhood with additional medical specialties in the building like Dermatology, Allergy & Immunology, Physical Therapy, and Podiatry
Call is very light and shared | Triage RN call

Unrestricted WA state license or the ability to obtain prior to start date
Current DEA certificate required prior to start date
BC/BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to start date
Current BLS, ACLS certification prior to start date
The salary range for this role is $226,000 to $366,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
