Powder Coating Technician

Location: Colerain, OH
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM (4x10s)


Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Powder Coating Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2+ years of previous experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting, and be committed to producing high-quality finishes.


Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for powder coating by cleaning, sanding, and masking as required.
• Set up and operate powder coating equipment, including spray guns and coating booths.
• Select powder according to company color scheme and specifications; prepare and load powder accordingly.
• Apply powder coatings evenly and accurately to achieve the desired finish and quality standards.
• Monitor the coating process to ensure proper adhesion and coverage; adjust sprayer valves and nozzles as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of experience in powder coating or a related field (manufacturing experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift materials as needed, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay Rate: $19-23
