Pay: $30 - $40 per hour

Job Description:

• Maintain equipment, ensuring calibration, and monitor performance.
• Ensure on-time delivery by planning and prioritizing work based on the ERP-driven schedule.
• Prioritize the quality of parts.
• Follow best practices and specified procedures for powder coating and silk screening.
• Monitor, train, coach, and lead your people, all while ensuring safety protocols and proper use of PPE.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in a lead or supervisory role in powder coating at an AS9100 or ISO9001 shop.
• Must be an expert at powder coating by being proficient in the use of all its equipment and able to troubleshoot problems.
• Able to understand and comply with all AS9100 quality requirements.
• Computer skills allowing for comfortable use of our ERP and QDB.
• Able to read and understand blueprints and their requirements.
