Dothan, Alabama, Interventional Cardiologist Opening - $100k Sign-on Bonus
- Clinical Role:
- Seeking a BC/BE Interventional Cardiologists to join their well-established and growing practice
- This would be a hospital-employed practice opportunity
- Medical Center, a 420-bed Level II trauma center, has the strongest Cardiovascular program in the region, ranking in the Top 10 percent nationally for patient safety for heart attack, interventional coronary, and vascular care
- This collaborative approach offers established interventional, non- invasive, and structural heart programs
- Opportunity to join an established Interventional Cardiologist and 6 NPs in his practice
- Some General Cardiology call will be required and is shared with 8 other Cardiologists
- Clinic is located inside the Doctor's Building attached to the Medical Center for easy access to Cath Lab, ICU, etc
- Clinic hours are Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Robust cardiac rehab program with pulmonary function component

- 24/7 Neurosurgery coverage with employed neurosurgeons and a fellowship trained neuroendovascular interventionalist
- 56 total ICU beds with a 14-bed CVICU/progressive care unit
- Medical Hospitalist program provides ED unassigned coverage, care for transfers, and inpatient consults
- 28 bed inpatient psychiatric program
- Region's only facility offering TAVR and Watchman procedures
- Level 2 trauma center staffed by EM residency trained physicians
- One of 3 Comprehensive Stroke Centers in Alabama with a dedicated lab for neuroendovascular procedures open heart surgery suites
- Pain Management services provided through OPT services on SEH campus
