FOX Rehabilitation is seeking skilled Physical Therapists to provide personalized, one-on-one care primarily for geriatric patients through innovative community-based house calls. The role offers flexible scheduling, professional development, clinical autonomy, and a supportive interdisciplinary team environment. What you'll need:
• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
• Basic computer literacy skills
• Current CPR certification
