Our Augusta office is growing, and we are seeking a talented *Personal Injury Attorney* to join our dynamic team.

*Responsibilities*

* Manage a full caseload of personal injury matters from intake through resolution.
* Conduct client meetings, depositions, mediations, and court hearings.
* Develop case strategies, draft pleadings, and oversee discovery.
* Negotiate settlements with insurance companies and opposing counsel.
* Provide compassionate, consistent communication with clients.
* Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and firm leadership to ensure the highest quality of representation.

*Qualifications*

* J.D. from an accredited law school.
* Active *Georgia Bar license* (required)
* License to practice in *South Carolina is strongly preferred*.
* 2+ years of personal injury or litigation experience preferred (but strong candidates with other litigation backgrounds will be considered).
* Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills.
* Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Commitment to client service and team collaboration.
* Willingness to travel lightly as needed for hearings, depositions, and firm matters.
