We are a personal improvement center for clients that are intimidated by gyms. We are a community of like minded people with a goal of improving health and fitness levels as well as finding enjoyment and stress relief as we work hard at achieving our goals.

Role Desc g> ription

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Fitness Trainer at TheraMedeX l TMX Fitness in San Jose, CA. The Personal Fitness Trainer will be responsible for conducting fitness assessments, developing customized workout plans, demonstrating exercises, and providing guidance to help clients achieve their fitness goals. We are not a typical gym, we dont use one size fits all machines (because they don't fit all). If your goal is to help others recover from pain, injury, weakness, muscle imbalance, and to build confidence in others, and not just to design a sculpted body (although we do that too), then we may be the perfect fitness community for you!
Substantial commission percentage where the sky is the limit! We also offer Group Fitness Classes- So those who have both Personal Trainers & Group Ex Instructor certifications have even a higher earning potential!
Great location to Los Gatos, Campbell, Cambrian Park, San Jose and easy freeway access

Qualifications

Certification in Personal Training or related field
Strong knowledge and experience with anatomy, exercise physiology, and nutrition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate and inspire clients
Arrive on time, provide client your undivided attention, sanitize, clean up and return all equipment after each client
