Practice Setting:

• 25-bed critical access hospital with multiple specialties
• Opportunity to establish a thriving pediatric practice with a large patient base
• Work with a team of family medicine physicians
• Clinic-based practice with no inpatient or emergency department responsibilities

Schedule:

• Opportunity to create a personalized schedule to balance work and personal life
  
  
  • Average patient volume of 15-20 by the end of the second year

Compensation and Benefits:

• Annual base salary with an available retention bonus of $50,000 for years one and two
