A leading academic health system in Georgia is seeking a fellowship-trained Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join a growing program in the state's only dedicated children's hospital. This hybrid role offers a mix of pediatric cardiac anesthesia and general pediatric anesthesia, with strong institutional support and excellent compensation.


Position Highlights

• Academic faculty role with teaching and mentoring
• Balanced case mix: congenital heart surgeries + general pediatric cases
• Collaborative team of anesthesiologists, surgeons, CRNAs, and fellows
• Structured call schedule with home pager coverage and rare overnight call-ins

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $500,000-$540,000 + $20,000 fellowship differential
• $40,000 sign-on bonus + $10,000 relocation allowance
• 56 paid days off annually | CME $5,000 + 10 days
