Now Hiring: Payment Processing Specialist (2nd Shift, Thurs–Mon) – Fast-Paced & Hands-On!

We’re looking for a Payment Processing Specialist to join our team and take ownership of handling and processing incoming check payments as part of our Accounts Receivable operations. You’ll be a vital part of keeping things moving—and getting things done right.

What You’ll Do:
Open and sort incoming mail with precision and speed
Extract, review, and process physical check payments
Perform light data entry with strong attention to detail
Support A/R functions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Work hands-on in a warehouse/office —it’s active, not a desk-only job

What You Bring:
Background in production, operations, warehouse, or banking environments
Proven ability to work quickly and accurately—especially under pressure
Experience with accounts receivable or check processing is a huge plus
Comfortable with physical tasks 50% and data entry 50%
Team player with a great work ethic and reliability

Shift Details:
Thursday to Monday, with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off
2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (2nd Shift)
