Knife River is looking for a motivated Distributor Operator for the Idaho Division. Applicants may be asked to travel throughout Idaho from time to time. Applicants may be asked to work a variety of shifts including weekends. This position will be a distributor truck operator. Class A CDL with Tank Endorsement and a current medical card is REQUIRED. Must be familiar with all DOT regulations and have a safe driving record. Experience is preferred but is not required. Willing to train right person. Employees will do PTI's at start and end of shift. Load and heat up asphalt for jobs as needed. Spray asphalt oil at correct rate for the job, and also maintain the spray system as needed. May be asked to help run the water truck as needed. Will work with paving/chipping crews in the summer. You must be able to work both independently and as a team player.
