Job Description

As a Security Officer Unarmed Government Patrol in Everett, WA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more.

As a Patrol Officer in a government setting, you will play a key role in helping to maintain a secure environment by conducting routine patrols throughout the location. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents and provide peace of mind to those at the site. This position is a driving post, so you will be responsible for patrolling the premises by vehicle as well as on foot, remaining highly visible and approachable. You will also have the opportunity to deliver excellent customer service, assist with access control, and respond to alarms or other security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the government facility.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and support a secure environment.
• Observe and report any suspicious behaviors or situations to the appropriate authorities or management.
• Assist visitors and employees by providing directions and general information as requested.
• Maintain accurate and detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and/or unusual occurrences.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders when required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver's license in the state where the job is located.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
