Sentara Obici is hiring a Patient Transporter! This is a part-time position with 24 hours a week. 2nd and 3rd shift Available. 3-11pm, 11pm- 7am, 11pm -11 am

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Required: Patient Care - less than a year

As a Patient Transporter you safely escort and transport patients within all areas of the hospital using safe body mechanics. Strictly adhere to all safety rules and initiatives of Sentara. Communicate clearly with all staff, visitors, and patients. Ensure adequate communication of information between central transport and other departments.

Job Summary

Qualifications:

HS - High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)

Basic Life Support (BLS) - Certification - American Heart Association (AHA) RQI
