Job Description

Adecco has a great job opportunity for candidates looking for warehouse work. This job requires you to use a powered pallet jack.

• Operate a gas or electric powered pallet jack to load, unload, move and stack materials and products

• Follow work orders to compile accurate product loads for delivery

• Safely store product in specific locations as instructed

• Safely stack products from pallets, trays, racks, shelves, etc.

• Securely load product on delivery vehicles

• Daily track and report units moved and handled

• Safety awareness and prevention is the duty of all employees. As an employee of Eagle Distributing, it is incumbent of you to think safe, be safe, act safe and be aware of all situations that could put safety in jeopardy to any employee or our customers. Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on company vehicles. Follow all traffic laws, ordinances and regulations of Local, State, Federal and Company.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license and safe driving record

• Highly self-motivated and results oriented with the ability to set priorities and be attentive to details

• Good math skills

• Ability and willingness to work flexible hours

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Physical requirements include: Repetitive bending, lifting up to 40 lbs, pulling/pushing up to 250 pounds on a two-wheeler

Work Experience Requirements

• Prior warehousing preferred

• Forklift Operator Certification

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED certificate required

Pay Details: $13.00 per hour
