Onboarding Coach (Human Resources)
Responsibilities
The Onboarding Coach is responsible for supporting new employee assimilation during their first 0–90 days, ensuring a positive onboarding experience, strengthening early engagement, and gathering actionable insights that drive retention and organizational effectiveness. This role builds meaningful relationships, facilitates communication across departments, and serves as a trusted resource for both new hires and plant leadership. The Onboarding Coach plays a key role in reinforcing company values, improving onboarding processes, and elevating the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all interactions.
Engage all new employees (0–90 days) regularly to gather feedback and ensure proper assimilation into the organization.
Serve as an icebreaker and reinforce key orientation topics to support retention and early-stage learning.
Develop and maintain a tracking tool to document new hire interactions and support-chain connections.
Coordinate cross-functional follow-up on issues raised during new hire engagement; ensure timely closure and communication.
Present summary reports and recommendations to plant leadership regarding new hire trends, concerns, and opportunities.
Build strong relationships with new hires, supervisors, and HR partners to promote a positive employee experience.
Maintain accurate and confidential documentation related to onboarding engagements.
Provide support to HR and operations teams to strengthen onboarding, training, and integration processes.
Support additional HR-related initiatives as needed to improve culture, communication, and retention.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field from an accredited institution
Minimum of one year of HR onboarding experience or comparable role involving customer or employee relations
Willingness to work across multiple shifts as needed
Legally authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship available)
Ability to meet ITAR requirements for U.S. person status
Preferred Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion
