Job Title: Office Services Assistant

Location: Chesterfield, MO

Pay: $20-22 an -hour

Part-Time M-F 8-2 PM | On-Site | Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, sort, and process incoming, interoffice, and outgoing mail; operate postage meter and scales

Perform messenger services between departments and external locations as needed

Assist with kitchen duties including setting up coffee and meals for meetings, and maintaining general cleanliness

Support office operations with tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and running errands

Set up conference rooms for meetings and maintain common areas in an orderly fashion

Provide backup coverage for the receptionist, including answering phones and greeting visitors

Accept and sign for packages, registered mail, and other deliveries; ensure timely distribution

Schedule appointments and meetings as directed

Maintain a log of staff and attorney locations to support office coordination
