Job Description

Randstad is partnering with a longstanding organization to fill a part-time position supporting a large scale filing project. The ideal candidate will be tech savvy, with the ability to troubleshoot, enter data, sort through documents, and format. This role is expected to be approximately 25 hours per week, with flexibilty on schedule, but fully onsite in Ipswich, MA. The role is expected to last 1-2 months and would involve sitting at a computer/desk, standing at a printer, and/or performing physical filing. If you are looking to gain work before the holidays, and interested in part-time office work in HR/file management, this is the role for you! Qualifications: -Ability to work fully onsite -Successful completion of a background check and a drug screen -Computer/Tech savvy and efficient -Highly reliable and efficient

salary: $20 - $24 per hour

Responsibilities

-Manage electronic and paper filing systems pertaining to confidential employee files and paperwork

-Maintain HIPAA compliance and confidentiality

-User formatting tools to print labels and organize paper files

-Sort electronic files and PDFs, auditing for correctness/completeness
