Summary: Pick products as listed on pick ticket accurately and efficiently. Assemble customer orders for delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Use pick tickets to locate and pick ordered items.
• Properly mark pick tickets to accurately reflect short items.
• Assemble orders so that products are not destroyed and can travel for delivery.

Required Skills:

• Accuracy: pick items correctly from the correct spot and verify when marking pick tickets.
• Efficiency: focus on task at hand and move quickly and accurately to complete tasks.
• Flexibility: the ability to “go with the flow” as things change day-to-day while always focusing on accomplishing the task at hand.
• Attention to Detail: the ability to read and grasp small changes in item pack sizes and location.
• Teamwork: work with your team to accomplish daily tasks, specifically picking all orders on time for delivery.
• Warehouse: ability to stand for entire shift (up to 10 hours); work in a refrigerated environment; and lift up to fifty (50) pounds.
• Produce Experience: not required but a plus
