Our client, a new hotel in Sliema, is seeking a reliable Night Auditor to manage overnight operations. This role combines front desk responsibilities with accounting tasks to ensure smooth and secure hotel operations during the night.

Key Responsibilities:

• Night Audit: Balance and reconcile all hotel accounts, preparing end-of-day reports.
• Guest Services: Check in late arrivals, handle guest inquiries, and manage check-outs.
• Security: Monitor security systems, perform safety checks, and respond to emergencies.
• Reporting: Generate daily financial and operational reports for management.
• Accounting: Process payments, verify transactions, and maintain financial records.
• Administration: Handle guest information, reservations, and correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Previous hotel or night audit experience preferred.
• Education: High school diploma required; hospitality or accounting degree is a plus.
• Skills: Proficiency in hotel management software, strong communication, and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
