Department: Service Reports to: Service Team Lead Required Qualifications: Demonstrated in-person end user support experience working with both technical and non-technical high-touch users Demonstrated expertise with supporting, installing, troubleshooting, maintaining: Tell us about your favorite Windows 10 version (or 11) Tell us what you like best about Microsoft 365 Microsoft Office 365 Windows Server 2012/2016/2019/2022 iPhones, Android Virtualization (Hyper-V and VMWare) Intune Excellent verbal and written communication skills (not just on a resume or when corresponding with us - it's an "all the time" thing) Excellent problem solving skills (and enjoy doing it too!) Sense of humor (really, you need it in this line of work) Attention to detail! (our clients are picky, and so are we!) Ability to document (you will learn to like it and our team will set you up for success) Ability to work independently and proactively (don't wait for the problem to come to you) 4+ years of customer service experience (looking for in-person one-on-one support, NOT call center) 4+ years of network experience (we look forward to hearing about the cool problems you've solved) Be able squat, crawl, climb and lift up to 50 lbs Have a driver's license and reliable transportation Desirable Qualifications: Previous MSP/IT experience Bachelor's degree Has multiple certifications and utilizes them at a high skill level. The following certifications are preferred: MCSA/MCITP, CCNA/CCDA/CCVP/CCIE, VCP, Project+, Network+, A+, ITIL Scripting and/or automation expertise (why do it manually if you can have the computer do it for you?)
