Ability to document (you will learn to like it and our team will set you up for success) Ability to work independently and proactively (don't wait for the problem to come to you) 4+ years of customer service experience (looking for in-person one-on-one support, NOT call center) 4+ years of network experience (we look forward to hearing about the cool problems you've solved) Be able squat, crawl, climb and lift up to 50 lbs Have a driver's license and reliable transportation Desirable Qualifications: Previous MSP/IT experience Bachelor's degree Has multiple certifications and utilizes them at a high skill level. The following certifications are preferred: MCSA/MCITP, CCNA/CCDA/CCVP/CCIE, VCP, Project+, Network+, A+, ITIL Scripting and/or automation expertise (why do it manually if you can have the computer do it for you?)
