Job Description

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer at Lansing, MI (Hybrid) Position: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid) Duration: 1 year with possible extension or direct hire. Need on W2/1099 Rate : $50/hr. w2 Rate : $60/hr. 1099/c2c Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain MS dynamics 365 applications based on business requirements. Configure and customize CRM solutions.
  • Implement and troubleshoot integrations with other systems including workflows and web services.
  • Implement and maintain access control based on roles and security best practices.
  • Collaborate within an Agile/Scrum team.
  • Define use cases and gather business requirements.
  • Effectively articulate potential solutions, ideas, and suggestions clearly
Required skills:
  • 3-5 years' experience implementing & customizing Power Platforms & Dynamics 365 Cloud solutions with emphasis in Customer Service, Case Management and Field Service preferred.
  • 3-5 years' experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and practices
  • Degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or relevant discipline
  • Strong working knowledge in implementing data migrations, third party integrations (API's/SSIS), plug ins, automated CI/CD pipelines, and version management.
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP. Net, JSON, JavaScript development or other object-oriented programming languages
  • Experience in all phases of the SDLC (processes and best practices)

  • Evaluate, design, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 business solutions, often working on-site to help customers deploy their solutions.
  • Microsoft CRM Application certification is a plus.
  • Experience in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint is a plus.
  • Experience translating technical information into easy-to-understand business concepts.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
