We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Therapists to join our growing team. What You'll Do:
Provide ethical and culturally-sensitive mental health counseling and case management services.
Offer psychoeducation on relapse prevention, behavior patterns, and treatment processes.
Conduct diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans.
Complete thorough and timely clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes).
Advocate for patient needs and provide consultation to patients and their support systems.
Collaborate with our psychiatric nurse practitioner to support medication compliance.
Facilitate referrals to social services and treatment programs.
Develop and implement disposition plans.
Engage in regular individual supervision with our clinical supervisor.
Tailor treatment plans to consider patients' cultural identity factors.
Provide crisis intervention as needed.
Consult with other mental health professionals.
Facilitate referrals to support agencies.
Maintain accurate and timely patient records, including clinical intakes, weekly progress notes, assessments, treatment plans, and discharge summaries.
We're Looking For:
A Master's degree in mental health (psychology, social work, counseling) or a related field (Required).
Maryland LMSW/LCSW/LCPC/LGPC licensure (Required).
Six months of clinical experience in a clinical setting (preferred, but new graduates are warmly welcomed!).
A commitment to providing ethical and culturally-sensitive care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to relocate to Baltimore, MD 21201 before starting work (Required).
The ability to work in a hybrid remote environment in Landover, MD 20785 with flexible work from home options.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive fee-for-service compensation: $85.00 - $170.00 per session.

Minimum required caseload: 16
To be considered FT you need to have a caseload of 28
