Medical Office Manager – Aesthetic Practice (Panama City, FL)

We are seeking a Medical Office Manager to lead and oversee daily operations at our fast-growing aesthetic practice. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive individual with experience in medical or aesthetic office management. Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
• Manage front desk staff and patient coordinators, including scheduling and training
• Ensure an exceptional patient experience from check-in to post-treatment follow-up
• Handle scheduling, billing, and administrative tasks
• Assist in inventory management and ordering of medical and skincare supplies
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory guidelines
• Support marketing initiatives, including promotions and patient engagement efforts
• Act as a liaison between providers, staff, and patients to optimize communication and efficiency
• Address and resolve any patient concerns with professionalism and care

Qualifications:

• MUST have previous experience in medical office management, preferably in aesthetics, dermatology, or med spa settings. We will not contact applicants not having met this criteria on their resume. 
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in scheduling, billing, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
