Seeking an organized Medical Biller to manage the billing process for medical office.
Responsible for personnel management
MAJOR FUNCTION :
Responsible for the enforcement of clinic policies and procedures.
Overall responsibility for routine business
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing and submitting medical claims, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Duties :
*Accurately process and submit medical claims to insurance carriers, Medicare, and Medicaid
* Verify patient demographics and insurance information to ensure accurate billing
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including billing and claims history
* Perform denial management and appeal process when necessary
* Meet productivity and performance standards, including billing accuracy and timely submissions
* Perform other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager or Owner
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and staff
*Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
*Proficiency in medical billing and coding practices
*Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
*Experience with office management software and administrative tasks
*Detail-oriented with strong accuracy in data entry
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*Bi-Lingual a plus
