We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee daily operations at our busy private pediatric practice in Brooklyn, NY. This role is perfect for a strong leader with a passion for healthcare and a vision for growth. The Office Manager will lead a team of 10-15 employees, ensuring operational efficiency, excellent patient care, and a high-performing work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee medical and health service activities and personnel
• Manage daily clinic activities, staff schedules, and process improvements.
• Ensure excellent patient service.
• Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
• Address complaints and implement operational best practices
• Monitor efficiency and recommend improvements.
• Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
• Optimize patient flow and support clinic growth.
• Lead training, evaluations, and staffing decisions.

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a medical office as a supervisor or manager. Recent graduates with a degree in Business Administration or related field will also be considered.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team.
• ​Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong organizational skills
• May consider Part-Time
