Job Description
Busy chiropractic office is looking for energetic, enthusiastic person to fill office duties. Daily tasks would include scheduling patient appointments, answering phone calls, monitoring and responding to email and text messages, and responding to patient inquiries. You will essentially be a concierge/point of contact for our patients. Customer service must be a passion, as well as organizational skills. Insurance knowledge is required as other duties include insurance verification, prior authorizations, referral requests, etc. Training will be provided. A positive attitude is very important to us. Pay will vary depending on experience. This job is Monday-Thursday with Friday-Sunday off. This office is like a family and a wonderful work environment. We are looking for that special person to join our team!
