Medical Laser Solutions, a small and specialized medical aesthetics practice with one provider, is seeking a part-time Office Manager to oversee front desk operations, patient coordination, and administrative tasks. With only two people in the office, you will play a crucial role in keeping the practice running smoothly. The ideal candidate must be reliable, adaptable, and flexible with their availability, as this role requires adjusting to the needs of the provider and practice.

Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations, including welcoming and checking in patients.
• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries.
• Maintain and update patient records using an EMR system.
• Oversee inventory and place orders for medical and office supplies.
• Assist with marketing efforts, email communication, and social media management.
• Coordinate promotional events and patient outreach initiatives.
• Assist the provider with medical procedures as needed, ensuring smooth workflow and patient comfort.
• Keep the office organized, clean, and compliant with industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in medical aesthetics is required (including knowledge of injectables and laser treatments).
• Experience with EMR systems and scheduling software.
• Strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be flexible with hours to accommodate the needs of the provider.
• Laser hair removal certification is a plus.
