What You'll Do (Day to Day Job Duties)

• Accurately assemble multi-component parts to specification with no failures.
• Participate in all assembly stages—from scheduling to final inspection.
• Maintain focus on quality while meeting deadlines.
• Must have excellent eyesight and hand/eye coordination.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation including tools, benches, and floors.
• Follow shift changeover procedures for cleanliness and setup.

Your Impact (CORE Responsibilities)

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.
• Support job completion by adapting to evolving priorities and requirements.
• Work with QA to meet quality standards and communicate them to the team.
• Adhere to job-specific requirements, including clean room protocols.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or production environment

Bonus Points ( Qualifications)

• Technical training or certification in manufacturing, mechanical assembly, or a related field ()
• Experience in a precision manufacturing or machine shop setting ()
• Familiarity with clean room assembly and packaging procedures ()
