Tungaloy-NTK America, the Sales & Marketing office of a global leader in metal cutting tools headquartered in Japan, is based in Arlington Heights, Illinois. We are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team full time, working onsite. In this role, youll play a key part in developing marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and support sales growth. Responsibilities: Develop marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and presentations. Plan, organize, and manage events such as trade shows and seminars. Collaborate with internal teams (product and sales) and external partners (publishers and vendors) to implement marketing initiatives. Coordinate and manage digital marketing efforts, including website updates and email campaigns. Serve as a secondary resource for social media management by managing posts, monitoring engagement, and maintaining platform activity as needed. Work closely with global teams to create visual content that aligns with the brands image and messaging. Provide support on various tasks aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving sales growth. Serve as a go-to resource for team members needing assistance with projects. Stay current with industry trends, emerging marketing tools, and best practices. Work Experience and Skills: Demonstrated track record (1-2 years) in marketing. Strong proficiency in graphic design tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Outstanding organizational skills, coupled with effective time management, able to work independently to meet deadlines and achieve objectives. Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience in a manufacturing or engineering company environment is not required but would be highly valuable, particularly for understanding industry-specific terminology.
