About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized Events Coordinator to support planning and execution of corporate events, trade shows, webinars, and internal team functions. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring all events are professionally executed, on-brand, and aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate events including conferences, client meetings, trade shows, and virtual webinars.
  • Manage event logistics such as venue booking, vendor management, catering, transportation, and technology requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and leadership to align event objectives.
  • Handle event promotion through email campaigns, social media coordination, and internal communications.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery and accurate reporting.
  • Develop run-of-show documentation, manage timelines, and ensure smooth execution on event days.
  • Conduct post-event debriefs and reporting, including ROI analysis and recommendations for future improvements.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in event planning or coordination, preferably in a corporate or B2B environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Zoom, Eventbrite, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM/marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally (if required).
