POSITION SUMMARY:

The Campaign Coordinator plays a crucial part in supporting the execution of our marketing campaigns, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively to drive customer engagement and sales across our retail grocery stores.

This role is instrumental in coordinating various campaign elements, from creative asset delivery to promotional material distribution, and will work closely with internal and external partners to bring our marketing initiatives to life.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assist in the day-to-day coordination and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., in-store promotions and signage, digital and broadcast media, social media content, email marketing, flyers).
  • Fully manage "mini-campaigns" to support the campaign managers.
  • Coordinate the collection, organization, and distribution of marketing assets, including creative files, copy, and legal approvals.
  • Help maintain campaign timelines and schedules, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Assist in managing relationships with external vendors, agencies, and internal departments (e.g., merchandising, operations, store teams) to ensure smooth campaign implementation.
  • Support the development and review of marketing collateral, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy across all materials.
  • Assist in gathering data for campaign performance reports, tracking key metrics, and helping to identify areas for optimization.
  • Help track campaign expenses and ensure adherence to allocated budgets.
  • Assist in preparing and disseminating clear communications to store teams regarding upcoming promotions and marketing initiatives.
  • Support market research activities, including gathering competitive intelligence and consumer insights.
  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail grocery marketing.
  • Other duties as assigned.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing coordination or administrative support role, preferably within a retail or grocery environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with marketing platforms (e.g., email marketing software, social media management tools) is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Proactive and eager to learn with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • A genuine interest in the retail grocery industry and consumer behavior.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, a plus.
