Job Summary:
The Marketing Assistant supports the marketing team in executing campaigns, creating content, and analyzing market trends. This role involves administrative tasks, social media management, event coordination, and assisting with digital and traditional marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Support & Campaign Coordination:
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to support marketing strategies.
Help create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media content.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for campaign execution.

Social Media & Content Management:
Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring trends.
Assist in writing blog posts, newsletters, and email marketing content.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.

Event Planning & Promotion:
Help organize and promote company events, trade shows, and webinars.
Assist in coordinating event logistics, materials, and follow-ups.

Administrative & Reporting Duties:
Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and campaign performance reports.
Track and report key metrics such as social media engagement, email open rates, and website traffic.
Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing for marketing expenses.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media platforms.

Soft Skills: Strong creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and content creation best practices.
