We're Hiring: Marine Construction Coordinator

Bay Harbor Marine Services is looking for a highly organized and proactive Marine Construction Coordinator to join our team. This vital role bridges communication between sales, operations, and accounting to ensure our marine construction projects run smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the sales team to review project scope, timelines, and client expectations
• Work closely with the job foreman to schedule crews, allocate resources, and support timely, efficient job completion
• Coordinate with the accounting department to verify contracts, invoicing, and payment status
• Maintain and update the job board to track job status — including new jobs, active projects, and those ready to close
• Monitor progress, flag delays, and ensure internal alignment across all departments
• Provide administrative support and maintain accurate job files and communications

Qualifications:

• Experience in marine construction or related construction coordination role preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and job scheduling tools
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and stay detail-focused in a fast-paced environment
