About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director for Treasury Management Compliance and Controls. This key role is focused on compliance monitoring, risk mitigation, and reporting of treasury management and card activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing risk exposures, providing treasury management risk expertise, and supporting the overall risk management activities of the organization. Key responsibilities include identifying, assessing, and monitoring potential risks, developing and implementing risk management strategies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role also involves fostering a risk-aware culture, conducting risk awareness training, and working with stakeholders to integrate risk management into decision-making processes. Candidates for this position should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 7 years in financial services and 7 years in treasury management. A professional certification in risk and/or finance, such as FRM or PRM, is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of treasury management products, process improvement methodologies, and a proven track record in driving change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to identify operational efficiency opportunities and be technology-savvy. The role requires an individual with analytical and numerical skills, the ability to cope under pressure, and a strong background in financial and/or risk reporting.
