We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, construction, and maintenance. This role involves working on various projects, including installation, renovation, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in industrial settings. The Industrial Electrician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all electrical work is completed safely and efficiently while adhering to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively to complete tasks on construction sites.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using voltmeters and logic controllers to ensure optimal performance of machinery.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to build and renovate structures as needed.
• Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential hazards or necessary repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times.
• Document work performed and maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.

Skills

• Proficient in the use of power tools and hand tools relevant to electrical work.
• Strong understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and safety regulations.
• Experience with logic controllers and troubleshooting electrical systems.
• Ability to perform frame carpentry tasks as needed during renovation projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to diagnosing issues.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members on construction sites.
• Versatile maintenance person skills that contribute to overall project success.
