Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Braselton, GA

Pay Range: $19-$20 per hour during the 30-day probationary period, with potential for increase based on department assignment.

What's the Job?

• Operate assigned machines, including resistance welding machines, brake presses, and mechanical power presses.
• Utilize saws, drills, and grinders to meet production requirements.
• Recognize unsafe or defective products and take corrective actions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times.
• Accurately fill out documentation such as process monitors and production tickets.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Ability to read and understand safety operating procedures.
• Physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs unassisted and perform various physical tasks.
