Leadership opportunities available as we grow! What You'll Be Doing: Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and ongoing progress notes. Maintain a caseload of 25 sessions per week. Collaborate with a dynamic, supportive clinical team. Use creativity and evidence-based interventions to help clients thrive. Coordinate care with families, schools, and other providers as needed. Attend team trainings and clinical staff meetings (we keep them meaningful!). Schedule Details: Initial in-person availability Monday–Friday from 2–7 PM for the first 4–6 weeks. Afterwards, enjoy flexible hybrid options — create the workweek that works for you! Active client waiting list ready — you won't need to build from scratch. What We’re Looking For: Licensed in Pennsylvania as an LPC or LCSW (required). Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field. Strong clinical documentation skills (DAs, treatment plans, case notes). Enthusiasm for working with individuals, couples, and families. Bonus if you love working with children, teens, or groups too!
